We can say it’s worth a read in our opinion, However, it was the first few pages that really hit home. System Switching

Our initial attempt to describe our understanding of switching Some of this language feels odd, as we have switched structures since, using we primarily to describe ourselves, and only dropping to singular I when needed to illustrate that it is just one of use we are referring to. It’s a little fluid still, and confusion verbally can occur especially when we have to distinguish between we as in the group of people we are referring to externally and We as our internal group....

Too many eyeballs

It’s, as we write this, one of those days. Busy. In a busy week. There a few interactions planned today, unavoidable… Which reminds us that we need to get some time for our artist1. Partly, because we lack “balance” if we do not all get time. Partly because it’s a piece based on our phrase “too many eyeballs”. As in, we are exhausted physically/mentally/emotionally because there are too many damn eyeballs observing us....

Original system acknowledgement

Almost a year ago, we wrote this As poor as words are to convey meaning and intent sometimes, at least by not mixing mediums we hope to not further muddy the waters. Writing coherently might be interesting as there is more than one voice to be respected here, how we participate in the process is likely to change. We are a dysfunctional tribe at the moment. A welcome of sorts

Well, this is the building of a new site for long form content. So ramblings will end up here rather than truncated posts on the fediverse or some other part of the net… Because we have segmented memory, we can often forget stuff. Like what we have written and where we put it. So moving all real public stuff onto our own hosting (albeit across multiple machines/domains) should at least make it a little easier to find it when we want to come back to something....
