Well, this is the building of a new site for long form content. So ramblings will end up here rather than truncated posts on the fediverse or some other part of the net…
Because we have segmented memory, we can often forget stuff. Like what we have written and where we put it. So moving all real public stuff onto our own hosting (albeit across multiple machines/domains) should at least make it a little easier to find it when we want to come back to something.
We are a plural system with an unknown origin date. We have no real memories before the age of high school at about 11, so who knows. For as long as we can remember we have not felt the same as others, with an awareness of the way we think being very alien to most we encounter. It has taken decades to come to terms with this, and it’s still a work in progress.
We have lived in a combination of denial and hard masking for a very long time.
